Student Housing: Your Home Away From Home

From September 2026, EIS will offer Student Housing. Located in a prime spot within the Villa Le Pianore campus, in the heart of Tuscany, it will offer students a unique residential experience, fully integrated into school life. Housed in a building of considerable historical and artistic value, the student housing provides an ideal environment in which to grow, focus and develop independence.

The building will be able to accommodate up to 30 students in comfortable rooms, with shared spaces designed for community life and included services such as laundry and Wi-Fi. Resident students will have access to all campus facilities, from the dining hall to the study rooms, from the sports spaces to the garden, making the educational experience fully immersive and integrated.

Our residential campus facilities offer far more than simply a place to sleep: they provide a complete living and learning environment, designed to support students' success. With modern amenities, secure facilities and lively community spaces, our dormitories become a true home for students throughout their academic journey.
