1.What Cookies Are

Cookies are small text strings that the sites visited by a user send to their device (usually the browser), where they are stored before being retransmitted to those same sites on the user's next visit.

While browsing, a user may also receive cookies sent by different sites or web servers ("third parties") on their device, on which certain elements (images, maps, videos, links) present on the site being visited may reside.

Cookies are used for various purposes: authentication, session monitoring, storing information about specific configurations. For the purposes of this notice, we distinguish between two broad categories: technical cookies and profiling cookies.

2.Technical Cookies

Technical cookies are used solely "to carry out the transmission of a communication over an electronic communications network, or as strictly necessary for the provider of an information society service explicitly requested by the subscriber or user to provide that service" (Article 122(1) of the Italian Data Protection Code). They do not require the user's prior consent.

They are divided into:

• navigation/session cookies, which ensure normal browsing and use of the website (e.g. access to restricted areas, completing a purchase);
• analytics cookies, treated as technical cookies when used directly by the site operator to collect aggregated information on the number of users and how they browse the site;
• functionality cookies, which allow the user to browse according to selected criteria (language, chosen products) to improve the service offered.

3.Profiling Cookies

Profiling cookies are designed to create user profiles and are used to send advertising messages in line with preferences expressed while browsing the web. They require the user's prior, informed consent.

4.Cookies Used on This Site

This site can be browsed even without non-technical cookies, although the browsing experience may not be optimal.

4.1 Navigation and session cookies

4.2 Analytics cookies

This site uses Google Analytics to collect and process anonymous statistics on how users browse the site (pages visited, clicks, source of traffic). We process the results of this analysis anonymously and solely for statistical purposes.

4.3 Profiling cookies

No third-party profiling cookies are currently active on this site. Should tools of this kind be activated in future (e.g. Facebook Pixel, remarketing), this table will be updated accordingly and appropriate consent will be requested through the cookie banner.

5.How to Disable Cookies

In addition to the banner shown on the site — which lets you "accept" or "reject" non-essential cookies and review your preferences at any time — cookies can also be managed directly through your browser settings.

Disabling navigation or functionality cookies may prevent optimal use of some areas of the site.
